Delivery & Shipping
Oz Puff will dispatch your order Monday to Friday via Australia Post (orders are not sent on weekends or public holidays in QLD).
Oz Puff will email you a tracking number when your order is due to be dispatched (please check your SPAM folder) your tracking number will appear on the email when you select VIEW YOUR ORDER.
Australia Post - PO BOXES/PARCEL LOCKERS:
We highly recommend this option for receiving your order if you live in a unit or area where theft may be prevalent.

SHIPPING RATES:
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout, standard and express postage options are available.
From time to time the shipping rates quoted may be undercharged - this is often due to distance and the weight of the item. We sometimes encounter this discrepancy when shipping to some areas in Western Australian or Tasmania for example. We may contact you if this occurs prior to sending your order to discuss the adjusted postage rates.
If you feel a rate is showing incorrectly for your purchase please message us so we can quote the rate correctly and make an adjustment if necessary before purchasing.
Free Standard Shipping applies when you spend $600 or more.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
Oz Puff can deliver local for free in Brisbane if you live within a 10km radius of postcode 4131.
Minimum order for local delivery is $400.00
The option to select local delivery will appear at checkout if your Brisbane suburb is eligible. If you live outside the 10km radius local delivery is not available to you. A pick up may be your next best option - please see the next section below on 'Pick-ups'.
Oz Puff will contact you by SMS to arrange your local delivery. Please ensure you have supplied your contact phone number.
Oz Puff will deliver locally Monday- Saturday (excluding Sunday) at a day and time that is suitable for us and the customer. We do however prefer local deliveries to be completed by 5pm unless arrangements are made prior.

PICK-UPS:
Pick ups can be arranged prior to placing your order. The minimum order amount for pick up is $400.00
We must also receive payment in our bank account before you can pick up. Please bring the order confirmation email with you to show us when accepting your order.
No cash accepted for pick ups - all orders must be completed online.
